    A detailed psychiatric evaluation, ending with what it found and your options.

  4. Treatment and follow-up

    If you and Dr. Shershow agree on a plan, regular follow-up visits keep it on track. How treatment works.

How do I schedule my first appointment?

Call the office. You can also send a message through the contact page and the office will get back to you, but calling is the quickest way to find an appointment time.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A list of your current medications and doses, any previous evaluations or records, your medical history, and a few concrete examples of the difficulties that brought you in.

How do prescription refills work?

Refills are handled as part of your ongoing care and follow-up visits. Ask the office about refill timing well before you run out, because some ADHD medications have legal limits on how they can be prescribed and filled.

Can I email the office about symptoms or medication?
